April 2020 Update -- Crowns, Crowns, Crowns!

General
- Added Crown
- Added the Starcursed Mass, and accompanying enemies
- Added Crown of Scrap
- Added sprites for Crown of Corruption
- Added sprites for Wasteland Prince
- Added a utility for selecting custom crowns on the main menu
-- The game will seek out all loaded crowns and check for the script `crown_menu_avail` to determine 
   if they can be selected, defaulting to true
-- In addition, seeks out script `crown_loadout` to set the sprite. In leau of this, a default is used
-- Displays unlock conditions via `crown_locked_text`
-- Added splash screen notifications for unlocks
-- Gacha now factors custom weapons

Known Issues
- Crownloader currently requires the player explicitly de-select custom crowns to use default crowns
  The next NTT update (9945) should be adding a function to set the starting crown
- string_width/height are currently broken in 9944. This is a known issue with NTT 9944/the GMS2 beta and will be fixed in a future update. This means that the crownloader's display text is in fact broken.
- Crown buttons will not be properly aligned in the crown vaults. This is a known issue with NTT and will be fixed in a future update

Bandit 
- HUD is now properly aligned in Co-Op
- Fixed an ever-elusive glitch in which enemies would delete themselves for no reason

Grappler
- Employed some bandaid-fixes to falling entities during the Throne II battle. This will warrant a full
  rewrite in the near future

Bomber
- Fixed an erroneous instances_matching call in the draw event. Why it accepted a string ("Player") 
   for the object check is beyond me.

Tall Bandit
-

Void Bandit
- Can now carry two forms at once. Alternate between them by changing "weapons"
- Void Revert now takes less time (3 seconds). Discarded weapons can be reclaimed by swapping 
  between forms.
- Snatch attempts now begin with a major speed boost, similar to Fish's rolls
- Enemies that can be snatched are now pulled towards Void Bandit. After a successful snatch, 
  damage is dealt in a small area around him.
-- [Technical]: Spawns an invisible IDPD explosion
- Ultra A changed: Junk Armor on form snatch. The median between 2hp, 1/2 the snatchee's max hp, 
  and 8hp is granted to Void Bandit on snatch.
- Previous ultra "Strides of Heresy" has been removed. However, the code is still in the character 
  and subject to change in the future.
- [Minor]
-- Visual effect added to form snatch/swaps
-- Visual sprite swap speed increased slightly. The new effect covers it for the most part but I 
   still wanted it to happen
-- (Possibly) fixed a softlock pertaining to Raven flight

Crowns
- Crown
-- Is a Crown. Does nothing unique.
-- Exists solely to be on the main menu.

- Crown of Scrap
-- Triggers blast armor upon taking damage
-- Converts all but 4 Max Health into Junk Armor
-- Incoming damage will prioritize Junk Armor over Health. Once depleted, it cannot return until 
   reaching the next area
-- In the case of characters with 4 or less max health (Bandits, Melting), 4 Junk is granted 
   on-the-house ;)

- Starcursed Mass
-- Unlocked by sitting on The Throne
-- Has a chance to replace Bandits with Warp Bandits (See Enemies/Bosses)
-- Empowers your weapons based on how many curses you have. More curses, more power

- Wasteland Prince
-- Now gets a gun, so it is not literally just a crown you take to get Throne Butt

Enemies/Bosses
- Weapon Chest Mimic
-- HP: 32 + (Loops * 4)
-- Does not attack
-- Sprout legs and trail off with your loop upon awakening. The feet are vulnerable to attack 
   while the main body is not
-- For the first 7 seconds of activity, walks towards nearby enemies. After this period, it 
   will exit the stage.
-- Weapons dropped by this enemy are valued at -2 or +4 the current difficulty

- Warp Bandit 
-- HP: 8
-- Has a 33% chance to replace regular bandits while Starcursed Mass is taken. 
   +33% per curse
-- Teleport around the map when aggro'd. Attacking them while idle causes them to alert 
   nearby Warp Bandits to teleport and aggro the player
-- Periodically clone themselves when fewer than 12 Warp Bandits are present
