August 2022 Giga Update -- Unfinished, but less laggy

There's a lot of stuff that's been put on the backburner for a really long time because of of a certain character whose portrait I didn't want to make, which resulted in a lot of needless content creep. Bad news is that the update is unfinished and I know it, GOOD news is that NTT is getting an update and I'm rewriting the mod to be compliant with the new build, which should squash a good number of bugs
